Let me come to you, so that you can eliminate the stress of driving and control your own environment. I bring all the supplies I need, all you need to provide is a space to set up the table! At the same time, you are also welcome to provide your own favorite music, lubricant, or sheets, if doing so will enhance your relaxation and comfort. At Therapeutic Massage of Ocala, every massage is customized, using a variety of techniques, as needed by your body. Myofascial work, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, gentle Swedish strokes, basic compression, passive range-of-motion and gentle stretching may all be used in the same session. Likewise, an hour-long session may be massage over the entire body, or only the neck and arms, or legs, or any other combination of areas, as needed or requested.
